アプリがなくても手続きできます
Poker Tokyoのアカウント画面をブラウザで開き、登録済みのアカウントでログインしてください。「退会する」を開き、本人確認後に削除を確定します。Androidアプリ内でも、メニューからアカウント画面を開いて同じ手続きができます。
ログインできない場合は「パスワードを忘れた方」から再設定できます。解決しない場合や、アカウントに関する削除を依頼する場合は、登録メールアドレスから support@pokertokyo.com へ「Poker Tokyoのアカウント削除希望」とお送りください。本人確認を行って対応します。パスワード、確認コード、認証トークンは送らないでください。
削除される情報と残る情報
退会すると、会員情報、メールアドレス、セッション、ニックネーム、レート、戦績を稼働データベースから削除し、ランキングから外します。この操作は元に戻せません。
不正調査用のオンライン対局記録は会員との結びつきを削除したうえで、対局終了から90日間の保持期限まで残ります。Cloudflareの障害復旧用履歴には最大30日分のデータが残る場合があります。法令上の義務や具体的な紛争・不正対応で必要な情報には、必要な範囲の保持が適用されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ソロ練習の記録と設定は端末内のデータです。退会しても自動では消えません。「設定 → この端末のデータを削除」、またはAndroidのアプリ情報からストレージの消去を行ってください。書き出したバックアップや画像は端末で別途削除してください。端末内のデータだけを削除しても、会員アカウントは削除されません。
Delete your Poker Tokyo account and data
Open the account page in your browser, log in and select “Delete Account”. Complete the identity check and confirm deletion. You do not need the Android app installed. The same action is available from the Account screen in the app.
If you cannot log in, use “Forgot Password”. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@pokertokyo.com from your registered email address with the subject “Poker Tokyo account deletion”. We verify account ownership before handling the request. Never send your password, verification code or session token.
Deletion removes your member details, email address, sessions, nickname, rating and results from the active database and removes you from the rankings. This cannot be undone. Fair-play match records are unlinked from your account and may remain until 90 days after the match. Disaster recovery history may retain up to 30 days of data. Information necessary for legal obligations or specific disputes or fraud investigations may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
Local solo progress and settings are separate. Delete them in game Settings or clear the app's storage in Android Settings. Exported backups and images must be deleted separately. Clearing local storage does not delete your online account.
